1. What services do you offer?

We build agentic AI systems and workflow automation, with particular experience in small-business automation, legacy application modernisation, and sector-specific work for healthcare, financial services, and education. See our Services page for details on each.

2. What is agentic AI, and how is it different from regular automation?

Traditional automation follows a fixed set of rules. Agentic AI is built to analyse a situation, decide on the best course of action, and act — so it can handle variation and edge cases that would otherwise break a simpler rules-based system.

3. What size of business do you work with?

We work with small and mid-sized organisations that have a well-understood workflow they'd like to automate. That's often a better fit for us than very large enterprises with complex procurement processes, since we work directly with clients rather than through account layers.

4. Do I need to replace my existing systems to use your automation?

Usually not. Most engagements start by connecting automation to the tools you already use. Where a system genuinely needs modernising, we scope that separately as part of our Legacy Application Modernisation service, rather than forcing an unnecessary migration.

5. How do you handle data privacy and security?

Data handling requirements are part of the initial scoping for every project, not an afterthought — this matters especially in healthcare and financial services work, where compliance is built into the system design from day one.

6. How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope, but we generally favour starting with a single, well-defined workflow so you see working results quickly, then expanding automation from there rather than committing to a long, all-or-nothing rollout.
